Supplementary learning, not school credit
Paced Learning provides self-paced explanations, examples and mathematics practice intended to support Ontario Grade 9 and Grade 10 learning. It does not award Ontario secondary-school credits, issue official school grades or replace school attendance, coursework, assessment or teacher instruction.
Independent program
Paced Learning is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, approved by or endorsed by the Ontario Ministry of Education, EQAO or a school board unless a specific written statement says otherwise. References to Ontario course codes identify the learning pathway, not accreditation.
Results vary
Practice can support understanding, but marks, assessment results, confidence, completion time and academic progress are not guaranteed. Outcomes depend on the learner, practice habits, school requirements and other circumstances. A suggested session plan is guidance; students may repeat, pause or revisit topics.
Use school guidance for assessed work
School teaching order, methods and assessments may differ. Follow your teacher’s directions and academic-integrity rules for submitted work. Use worked solutions to learn the method, rather than presenting someone else’s work as your own.
Content accuracy and support
Explanations and answer checking may contain errors or may not recognize every valid approach. If an answer or explanation appears incorrect, check the reasoning with your teacher and report the issue to info@pacedlearning.ca. The program provides self-paced practice tools; it does not include live tutoring, emergency help or specialist educational assessment.
Consumer rights remain
This disclaimer describes the educational scope of the service. It does not waive statutory consumer rights, excuse misrepresentation or remove our obligation to use reasonable care in supplying the service.
